On 7th May, 2011, the award ceremony of The seventh (2010) Board of Directors of Chinese Listed Companies – The “Golden Round Table” Award was solemnly held in Beijing,  this ceremony was announced and issued awards of The Best Board of Directors, The Best Chairman with Social Responsibility, the Most Influential Independent Director and the Special Contribution Award on Construction of Board of Director, etc.; among all these awards, Mr. Chen Qiyu, Chairman of Fosun Pharma Group, honored The Best Chairman with Social Responsibility Award.

In this “Golden Round Table” Award, the shortlisted listed companies had been final assessed by process of initial evaluation, public vote, and professional assessment, eventually, the winner’s list for each award of The seventh (2010) Board of Directors of Chinese Listed Companies – The “Golden Round Table” Award was finalized.

At the time of Fosun Pharma put active in improving performances and creating values for shareholders, in 2010, it also dedicated to practice corporate social responsibility on aspects of economy, environment, employee and society, meanwhile, since 2008, the company has been released corporate social responsibility report for consecutive three years, which thoroughly presents company’s practices and effects on implementing corporate social responsibility. The award Chairman Chen won is the further recognition of Fosun Pharma for its long-year performances on social responsibility.

In this award ceremony, Fosun Pharma won “The Outstanding Board of Directors Award” simultaneously.
